Please note most products will be shipped from United Kingdom. Deliveries on spend of $400 or over are free on standard 9-12 working days deliveries. Please note on all our dispatches our handling time can be up to 2 working days. This means that it can take us up to 2 working days to pick, pack, and dispatch the products to you. Please contact us before ordering if you need a faster delivery.
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER IF YOU NEED YOUR PURCHASE TO BE DELIVERED IN A WEEK OR LESS AS WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO FULFILL THE DELIVERY DUE TO COURIER DELAYS
COVID-19 DELAYS: Due to ongoing pandemic, there are delays with courier deliveries. Standard Shipping may take longer than expected while express shipping may take 6-8 working days these days and not the usual time of 4-5 working days. Please let us know if you need your order urgently so we can advise you the delivery time frames. We will endeavour to despatch orders placed before 11am on a weekday on the same day.
Transit time begins the day after a despatch email is sent – once our couriers are in possession of your parcel. The below delivery timeframes are indicative only and we cannot be held responsible for any delays.

Orders with Standard delivery will arrive at your delivery address via USPS Normal shipping times are 7-10 working days from placing your order. Delivery will be attempted once and a signature obtained if someone is available to sign for the parcel. Alternatively the parcel may be left in a safe place. If this is not possible your shipment will be held for up to 12 days and a delivery card left advising how you can collect your parcel from your local Post Office.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your parcel arrives into the country.

Orders with Express delivery will arrive at your delivery address via UPS Normal shipping times are 2-3 working days from disatch date or 3-5 days from placing your order. Delivery will be attempted once and a signature obtained if someone is available to sign for the parcel.

Ongoing challenges presented by the pandemic mean there are still some delays as our business operates with additional safety measures to protect our customers and courier partners. Our Courier partners are also still experiencing reduced domestic and international flights, while processing unprecedented parcel volumes. Due to COVID-19 sometimes there can be delays in shipping as our main inventory is in United Kingdom. Please contact us before ordering if you require your purchase earlier. We will try our best to accommodate your request.
Our Returns & Exchange Policy is Temporarily Changing
We will keep the returns period increased from 14 days to 30 days temporarily until further notice. We are also changing the policy around some products that cannot be returned and exchanged for health and safety reasons.
30 days for Returns instead of 14 days: If you have ordered any goods from us upto two weeks prior to OR from 15/06/2020, then you will have 30 days to return the goods for return or exchange after we are open as normal. When we receive the good back from you, we will not process the returns process such as checking the goods for 72 hours and we will keep them in a quarantine for 72 hours. This means that 3 working days will be added to refunds or exchanges.
Our website and social media will be updated with the status of our business opening times.
Items we cannot accept for refunds or exchanges:
Please note for all the purchases from 15/06/2020, there are some items that we cannot accept for refunds or exchanges due to health and safety reason during the pandemic. The items include shirts, shoes, socks, ties, Bow Ties, hankies, and caps. This is a temporary measure and we will start accepting returns as usual for refunds and exchanges for these items as soon as we are out of pandemic situation.
We will continue to accept returns for Suits and Tailoring items such as suits, jackets, coats, and waistcoats for refunds and exchanges however the time to process the returns for refunds and exchanges will be increased to 14 days.

Working days are referred to as Monday to Friday. Saturday, Sunday and UK Bank Holidays are not classed as working days. Non EU destinations may be liable for additional customs and duty charges.
All international shipment charges are quoted per parcel. If your order exceeds the standard parcel size further shipment charges will be due before the order can be shipped. We will contact you with any additional shipment charges due. Our prices include VAT and VAT is not reclaimable.
