Exchanges

We want you to be totally happy with your purchase so if you change your mind we are happy to exchange or refund any items bought at menswearr.com.au that you are not completely satisfied with.

Please note currently we can only exchange items via Return and Re-purchase process. You can return the item for a refund and then place a new order for the item you want instead. 

• Please return the items to our Australian Return Address within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note we will not be able to refund if we received the item after 14 days. We may however exchange item with another where all the shipping costs will be paid by you.
• Please advise the reason of returning the items on the enclosed form with your order. You will help us improve our service by doing so and we would be very grateful.
• Please make sure items you return are in unused condition and have all the packaging and labels attached. A repackaging charge of 20% of the item price may be levied if we need to repackage the item to resell. We may not be able to process your return if the item returned doesn't comply with our return condition policy.
• Please send the unwanted items back to us at the address below via recorded delivery and keep the proof of postage until the item reaches us and we confirm receipt. Please note if we cannot track the item received by us, we cannot refund or exchange.
• When the returned items arrive at our Return Address, we will process the refund within 7 working days.
